Week 11 |
What should you expect in Week 11?
  • While your baby’s head may be oversized at this point of the process, they are also developing tooth buds and facial features.
  • And their ears and eyes are moving into their final positions during week 11.
  • Your baby also needs more nutrients as the placenta continues to grow and they continue to develop! So make sure those meals you’re eating are very balanced!
  • At the same time, mama is likely experiencing some of her first pregnancy cravings! So get creative and incorporate some of those into your balanced meals!
  • According to Pampers, at this point, it’s also important to pay attention to those cravings because they are likely trying to tell you something.
  • While most cravings are normal, if you’re craving items like clay or dirt, you should contact your doctor.
  • Mamas may also be experiencing leg pain, mood swings, more fatigue, increased vaginal discharge, and breast growth. And you may notice a dark abdominal line forming down the center of your belly. All of this is normal!
