Disney star Mitchel Musso was a fan favorite when he played Oliver Oken, one of Hannah Montana’s best friends, on the popular series.

Sadly, while Musso hasn’t been in the limelight for several years, he is making headlines now but for all the wrong reasons. According to TMZ, Musso was arrested on August 26 in Rockwell, Texas.
Responding officers say Musso was near a local hotel and acting “belligerent.” The actor also allegedly stole an item from a food market, reportedly chips.
When the staff asked Musso to pay for the snack, “Musso allegedly became verbally abusive.” Musso was under the influence.
Additionally, upon his arrest, police also learned that Musso had several traffic warrants in his name. TMZ reports he is currently facing charges of “public intoxication, theft (under $100), expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license, and violating a promise to appear notice.”
It’s unclear if Musso resides in Texas or why he was there. This story is developing.
