The star of TLC’s 1000-Lb. Sisters, Tammy Slaton, shared new pictures of herself this week, showing the massive amount of weight she has lost.
The reality TV personality shared a total of nine images of herself on Instagram Monday. She did not caption the image posts, but that did not stop her fans from praising and encouraging her.
“Gotta admit Tammy, you proved a whole lot of us wrong,” one person commented. “Way to go & keep it up!”
“Omg Tammy you look amazing!” one commenter wrote. “And no more trach! I have cried on every episode this season! You freakin did it girl! I am so proud of you!”

“I think I speak for everyone when I say WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU,” another person shared. “Been watching 1000lb sisters for the last two weeks here in the UK, just got to the bit where you’ve been approved surgery, we’ll done Tammy, you’re looking so much better for it.”
Slaton, 36, has been relatively inactive on Instagram, last posting on February 14, which was proceeded by a post from nearly a year ago in March 2022.
The newest season of 1000-Lb. Sisters has provided a glimpse into Tammy Slaton’s recent nuptials with Caleb Willingham. The couple first met at an Ohio rehab center, and his unexpected proposal left her utterly amazed and “speechless.”

However, while Tammy is not always very active on social media, people have begun to wonder if Tammy and Caleb may have separated already. These rumors come on the heels of Tammy’s sister’s divorce.
Comments on Tammy’s posts include, “Are you still married?” And, “Hey where is Caleb?” Neither Tammy nor Caleb has issued statements confirming or denying their alleged split. Nonetheless, we hope it’s just that, tabloid fodder.

In a recent episode, Slaton reached her weight loss target. She had to reduce her weight from 717 lbs. to 550 lbs. to qualify for weight loss surgery, and she was thrilled to achieve it by going down to 534 lbs.
“When I got on the scale and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kinda stopped breathing for a second,” Slaton said during an episode that aired in early February. “I’m like 14 lbs. under my goal weight. From over 700, that’s a huge drop.”
“I’m feeling thrilled, proud, excited — just all the emotions,” she said at the time. “I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!”

As People reports, at 534 lbs., Slaton is eligible — and prepared — to undergo bariatric surgery with surgeon Dr. Eric Smith. It’s unknown whether the procedure has already taken place or not.
In another episode of the reality series that aired at the end of February, Slaton is greeted by her family as she leaves an Ohio rehabilitation center in order to go get the surgery.
“They had a poster for me to read that everybody wrote a little something on there to celebrate me,” she said in the episode. “I mean, b—s this is about me at the end of the day because I’m queen.”
“I needed to know that they’re here for me,” she said of her family who she needed support from to go through with the procedure. “They love me. That’s one of the biggest things to help push me through to get to where I am now.”
“I am nervous for Tammy,” Amy Slaton, Tammy’s sister shared. “Anything could happen during surgery. I couldn’t picture a life without my sister.”
