As of November 19th, Tammy Slaton is no longer a Slaton. The 1000-Lb. Sisters star is now officially married after tying the knot with her fiance, Caleb Willingham. “You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you’ll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham. I’m married now!” she said in a recent interview.
The couple met at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, and immediately clicked. Tammy felt comfortable knowing that they went through and continue to go through a lot of the same things. Caleb finally proposed in late October in the parking lot of the rehab center they were staying at.
And just a few weeks later, they got married in that same rehab center they met and fell in love at. It was a bittersweet moment for both, who had all their closest friends and family in attendance – including Tammy’s sister, Amy Slaton. Now, Caleb plans on moving to Kentucky to spend more time with Tammy.

Tammy Slaton hasn’t had the best luck in her search for a respectable and honorable man. Over the past few years, she has had several ‘train-wreck’ boyfriends – including Jerry Sykes and Phillip, the man known as the BBW King. Family members say both boyfriends encouraged a lot of her poor health habits.
Luckily for her, she learned to move on to better and it eventually led her to Caleb. “Tammy told me she broke up with Phil, and I’m like, about damn time. Now you need to work on yourself. Tammy don’t need somebody that wants her to be a glutton,” said her sister, Amy, after her breakup with Phil last year.
Phillip was known on social media as BBW King, which stands for Big Beautiful Women. He reportedly only had an interest in dating women over 300 lbs. or a size 24 – adding ‘the bigger, the better.’ They constantly fought, which ultimately led to the couple’s demise. It was the best thing for Tammy at the time.
At the wedding on Saturday, Tammy wore a white gown and tiara, while Caleb wore a black polo and brown suspenders. “They have a lot of the same struggles that they can share. They’ve been a huge support for each other [in rehab], which is awesome,” a source close to Tammy told The Sun.
