Britney Spears’ new fiancé Sam Asghari had a very clear response to a fan asking him to take care of the pop star. Following a judge’s decision to suspend Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, as the conservator of her estate, people couldn’t have been happier for the pop princess.
However, while Britney is slowly, but surely, gaining her freedom back, after 13 years, those who love her most are obviously still worried about how she will handle it all. And now that she is engaged to be married to her significant other of six years, fans are looking to Asghari to have Britney Spears’s best interest as his top priority.
Currently, Britney and Sam are celebrating the big courtroom win with a rather lavish vacation complete with serene boat rides, dinners, and of course, couple workouts. And while they are enjoying their time together at the tropical location Sam was quick to respond to a fan who asked him to take care of Britney.

As Spears captioned this video, she is “having the time of my life here!” How great is that to hear? As actress Selma Blair commented, “Makes me so happy. You deserve all the peace and freedom and beauty and love and respect you can take in.”
As one Instagram user wrote on their story, “@SamAsghari, take care of our girl,” along with the kissy face emoji and the peace signs emoji, Sam responded with an Instagram Story of his own. He wrote, “I got you, America,” along with the flexing emoji, a winking face emoji, and the praying hands emoji.
He then corrected himself by saying, neigh, “the world,” as the Free Britney movement has become a global phenomenon. It’s unclear when Britney and her partner plan on getting married but it wouldn’t be surprising if it were soon.
Next in Britney Spears’ battle for freedom, she and her attorney Mathew Rosengart will go back to the courtroom on November 12 to ask to have the conservatorship she’s been under since she was in her late 20s dissolved completely. Spears will turn 40 this December.
While Jamie Spears has said he disagreed with the judge’s decision to remove him as conservator, he has filed a petition to have Britney’s conservatorship terminated. It’s unclear how that will now influence the judge’s decision in November since he is no longer her conservator.
