Megan Fox Defends Six-Year-Old Son’s Decision to Wear Dresses and Have Long Hair

For the first time, Megan Fox has publicly addressed the mom-shaming she’s faced. Fox has posted pictures of her sons, Noah and Bodhi, on Instagram only to face criticism from fans about the boys wearing dresses and having long hair.

Gender identity and issues surrounding those who identify as gender-nonconforming have become hot topics within the parenting world over the last several years. As younger children feel more confident expressing themselves in non-traditional ways, there has been a lot of pushback. For example, a teacher in California recently got in trouble for handing out a “gender unicorn” worksheet to students that helped explain different gender identities.
