Eli Lipman is just 9-years-old but he has been battling the coronavirus for six months straight.
Eli was featured on CNN Monday night with an urgent message.
The 9-year-old was direct with Chris Cuomo on Cuomo Prime Time on the virus, that has been in his system since March.
“Kids, I’m sorry to say this, but it is a big deal,” the boy shared. “It will hurt. You just got to face the truth: Sometimes you’re not OK.”
Eli is known as a “long-hauler.”

He is apart of small but sizeable portion of coronavirus patients who exhibit symptoms for months after their diagnosis — something that has bewildered doctors.
Eli says the symptoms present themselves in chronic aches and pains. In addition, he also feels sore and tired often, but yet, cannot fall asleep.
And for months after his diagnosis, he experienced a persistent, yet unexplainable, low-grade fever.
And while his symptoms are not severe enough for hospitalization, he also wouldn’t say he has fully “recovered.”
“My body is just like ‘nope,'” Eli revealed to Cuomo on Monday night.
